Let Go vs Willpower

Let go in another word is allow. It required very little willpower to do it. Willpower equals to Intelectuall? Buddhism mindfulness requires more willpower than Letting go. That was why I was not able to get rid of my problem in last few years using mindfulness or Geoka’s equanimity. Mindfulness calls for impartially observing thoughts and emotions. Stop > Mindfulness > Let Go. Letting go requires very little willpower if none.

Impatience:

I am extremely impatient. Any wait will make me feel agitated. This is a big block in my mental space and constantly drives me agitated. My mind can not be calm.
